The Houston Open Source Society (HOSS) has a weekly meetup in different parts of Houston. Currently, we meet at the The Ion, Bayland Community Center, Improving Houston, and Zion Lutheran Church. Our Discord supports our members in coordinating for real world meetups and coworking events. We advocate, educate, and support anything open source and maintain Houston's presence in many open data sources like Wikidata, Wikipedia, and OpenStreetMap.
