FTHL is a league for low town halls for clash of clans spanning from th5-12. We incorporate town halls that have been "forgotten" from mixed Breakdowns in leagues. We run seasons every few months and every division in our league is designed a certain why with rules to make wars enticing and competitive for these low town halls.
